A Walk
It all started with the beginning of my holidays. I do only three things during my holidays...eating, sleeping and gaming. That's all I do. My maa was angry with me. Somehow I started to get bored. So keeping my boring days and my maa's anger in mind, I decided to go for a walk everyday. Although I do know that thinking of anything is easier then doing it. That doing is the toughest. Before sleeping, I put a lot of alarms on my phone...laziness you know. Next morning... somehow i manage to woke up early. I left my house and I was on the road. The road was straight and I was happy. I was enjoying my walk along with my heart and my mind as my two fellows. After walking a short distance. My hear starts questioning my mind... =why are we going for a walk?? You should be at home. My mind replies... =because it's good for mental and physical health. Why are you worrying about sleep. We have whole life for sleep. Come on...let's go pal. Then after walking down few miles, the road looks beautiful in the fascinating light of morning. The road was beautiful, covered with trees from both sides. Birds were singing and air was filled with sweet fragrance. I saw a park....I stopped there...lying down on the grass...taking deep breathes...releasing every tension and worries out in the air...feeling nothing. My whole body feels a sensation of every natural aspect out there. This whole thing went on for nearly two months. My mind and heart were quiet. My body was in shape and relaxed. My heart was thanking my mind to make it all possible...and for the amazing experience. The most important I learned from these two months that...there is life beyond smart phones and computers...go live that life. It's amazing.
